Chris Bawcom
Senior Property Tax ConsultantAs a co-founder of North Texas Property Tax Services, Chris has been serving taxpayers exclusively in the Metroplex area since 2003 with a focus on high-end residential appeals in Dallas County. Chris has developed new and innovative analysis techniques for Unequal Appraisal type protests. As a creative expert in analyzing and protesting Unequal Appraisals, Chris has achieved extraordinary results for his clients, especially in the realm of Unequal Appraisals. Chris has over twenty years of extensive experience in developing appraisal analysis and protesting at the Appraisal Review Board formal hearings in all North Texas counties. While attending the University of Texas at Austin, Chris began his career with Texas Protax (Austin, Texas) in 1998. He graduated from the University of Texas Business School with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Accounting. -
Will Wiggins – “The Property Tax Shark”
Senior Property Tax ConsultantPrior to becoming partner at North Texas Property Tax Services, Will was an Assistant Director with the Travis Central Appraisal District (TCAD) in Austin. He has previously held titles in the public sector of Land Planner, Commercial Appraiser, and Analyst Manager. This experience and skill set enables Will to dutifully represent his clients.
While working for TCAD Will supervised 4 managers and 30+ employees responsible for more than sixty billion dollars in residential market value ($60B). For the first time in the history of Travis County, appraised values were noticed using Will’s polynomial time trend adjustment, and multiple regression valuation models. Those values were defended with an exclusive automated comparable defense system he developed as well. In 2016 Will’s research was published in the IAAO JOURNAL OF PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT & ADMINISTRATION.
Will has held various positions responsible for CAMA (Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal) software development, data quality control, database mining and scrubbing, descriptive statistical analysis, economic area and market segmentation, multiple regression modeling with SPSS and ArcGIS software throughout his career.
On several occasions Will has been asked to provide lectures and power point presentations at regional appraiser conferences and taxpayer symposiums to detail these techniques. Will is a native Texan, born in Houston, and holds a degree in Finance with a Real Estate Economics minor from the University of Wyoming.
He is a serial entrepreneur having formed multiple businesses throughout his professional life.

Holland Brown
Property Tax ConsultantHolland specializes in the special tax exemptions and unique tax situations such as Ownership changes, Late and Prior Year protests, Homestead Exemptions, Corrections to the property description, etc.
As a member of the ARB (Appraisal Review Board) in Austin, TX for over three years, Holland’s experience in conducting hundreds of taxpayer protests has given him a sense of what works for taxpayers in a protest hearing (both informally with an Appraisal District employee, and in a Formal Hearing in front of the ARB) and how to be most effective in arguing for a lower appraised value.

Jeremy Storey
Property Tax ConsultantJeremy Storey recently served as the Vice-Chairman of the ARB (Appraisal Review Board) in Collin County (2012-2014) and brings this experience of reviewing several thousand protest cases over 5-6 years (2009-2014) to make his analysis and presentations to the Appraisal District and ARB highly effective.
Jeremy is a seasoned Consultant specializing in Park Cities and also in Collin County. He started out as a Real Estate Agent in 2007 with Keller Williams Realty, he gained invaluable insights in the buying and selling process that he now puts to work in helping clients reduce their property tax burdens. Jeremy is known for his commitment to achieving the best possible results for clients. A true expert in his field, he is respected by colleagues and clients alike for his integrity and passion.

Cindy Simmons
Director of OperationsAs Director of Operations Cindy manages the office operations and all administrative and support personnel.
Cindy also manages the relationships with the Appraisals Districts and with our Clients, including being up-to-date on the status of current Protests and on the status of each Clients account (e.g., status of Authorization documents, A/R status, current lists of properties, etc.).

Matthew Huhn
Property Tax ConsultantMatthew Huhn is a licensed Property Tax Consultant focusing on residential tax appraisals and protests, representing clients in multiple counties. Mr. Huhn also conducts statistical analysis on county appraisal data, creates and modifies prediction models, and oversees billing operations.
Prior to joining North Texas Property Tax Services, Matthew gained experience as a Property Tax Loan Specialist and Data Analyst assisting with taxes and analyzing data on Dallas County. Matthew graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a degree in Statistical Sciences.

Genesis Duran
Client Support AdministratorGenesis manages the status of each Client’s account and properties with each Appraisal District to ensure that all authorization documents are in place and currently active.
Genesis also ensures that all Client Authorization documents are in-place and current. She maintains records of the status of current Protests and on the status of each Clients account (e.g., status of Authorization documents, A/R status, current lists of properties, etc.).

Brandi Hanson
Property Tax ConsultantBrandi Hanson is a licensed Property Tax Consultant specializing in Residential Property Tax Valuation and Protest resolution, including negotiating with Appraisal Districts and Appraisal Review Boards (ARBs) for a fair Market Value and Fair and Equal appraisal valuation.
Brandi’s extensive skills and experience in Real Estate, including assisting Realtors in preparing the voluminous paperwork for Real Estate Sales, Contracts, Title Transfers, and Closing documents for Title Companies, and even Real Estate Photography, brings to NTPTS Clients higher odds for success in appealing their property taxes.
Brandi’s work at NTPTS includes:
- Interacting with Homeowners to incorporate unique property conditions into the individual analyses
- Performing a detailed Comparative Analysis of each property
- Analyzing and incorporating the characteristics of each Neighborhood Segment
- Incorporating current market trends into the appraisal analysis
- Performing a Fair and Equal analysis on homes to identify (and Appeal) Unequal Appraisals
Brandi graduated from UT Permian Basin, Odessa, Texas, with a BS in Psychology and Business.

Ryan Weddle
Property Tax ConsultantRyan Weddle is a licensed Property Tax Consultant specializing in residential property tax appraisals and protests.
He began his career in real estate in 2014 by becoming a licensed Texas REALTOR®. Since that time, Ryan has been involved in over 100 real estate transactions. In addition, Ryan has held a license as a Texas residential appraiser since 2021 being involved in over 500 appraisal assignments ranging from; purchase, refinance, PMI removal, pre-listing, dissolution of marriage (divorce), probate, and division of asset valuations.
As a licensed Property Tax Consultant, Ryan utilizes his knowledge and experience in real estate to provide the best representation in reducing residential property values for NTPTS clients.

Davis Henley
Property Tax ConsultantDavis Henley is a licensed property tax consultant focusing on Residential Property Tax protests. Davis has experience protesting property taxes in both Denton County and Collin County.
Davis studied Statistics and Mathematics at Texas A&M University. His knowledge of numbers allows him to critically analyze the data used by the appraisal districts to ensure that properties are being evaluated fairly and equally. He has created models to predict the values of properties to help identify the best methods of finding reductions. He also analyzes sales data for marketing and research purposes to identify properties that are being overvalued by the appraisal districts.

Kat Czarowitz
File Clerk AdministratorKat joined North Texas Property Tax Services in March 2020. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and attended The University of North Texas.As File Clerk Kat is responsible for sorting, organizing, and maintaining records. This includes creating files for new Clients, filing evidence and photos sent in by the Client, and retrieving documents that are needed by the team. -
Anson Glean
Database & Applications ArchitectAnson possesses a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Pace University, New York. Anson joined NTPTS in February 2018 and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the systems used to carryout various analytics on property data. He works closely with the Property Tax consultants to ensure that data used in the appeals is of the highest quality.
