Property Tax Finder: Begin Your Property Tax Protest

Step 1: Select Your County

NOTICE: We are no longer accepting online signups for Collin, Dallas or Denton County for 2024 protests.

Step 2: Find Your Property

Choose how you want to search.

For best results, abbreviate directional prefixes and exclude any suffix (street, lane, road, ave, etc.) from your address.

For help getting started, view our short video tutorial.

What to Expect After Selecting Your Property

After using our Property Finder tool to select your property, you’ll be asked to confirm whether or not an appeal has been filed for it in the current tax year and if the property is your primary residence.

Upon submitting your property address and contact information, you will receive an email from us with a DocuSign link to your appeal forms. You must review and sign the documents contained in your DocuSign link before we can represent you in your property tax appeal.

Once you’ve signed the necessary forms, you’re all set! The experienced consultants at NTPTS will take care of filing your notice of protest and any supporting materials to your county’s Appraisal Review Board before the filing deadline.

How Much Does it Cost?

There are no upfront costs when you work with NTPTS. We operate on a contingency basis, so if we don’t get you a reduction, then we don’t send you a bill.

Our fee is typically 40% of the amount you save, however, this can sometimes vary depending on your specific tax situation. Give us a call to discuss any commercial, capped, or agricultural property you own.
