His research on advanced mass appraisal methodology using geo-spatial data was published in the IAAO Journal of Property Tax Assessment & Administration.
Will’s public-sector career also includes roles as Land Planner, Commercial Appraiser, and Analyst Manager, with direct responsibility for CAMA system development, ratio study compliance, data quality control, market segmentation, SPSS-based regression modeling, GIS-integrated valuation analysis, and database auditing with complex schema. He has delivered several technical lectures at regional assessor conferences and taxpayer symposiums and has been featured in media interviews and newspaper coverage throughout the Metroplex for his insight into property tax strategy and valuation defense.
A native Texan born in Houston, Will holds a degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate Economics from the University of Wyoming and is a serial entrepreneur who has founded multiple successful ventures in the property tax and real estate sectors.
