    Property Tax Consultant

    As a co-founder of North Texas Property Tax Services, Chris has been serving taxpayers exclusively in the Metroplex area since 2003 with a focus on high-end residential appeals in Dallas County.

    Chris has developed new and innovative analysis techniques for Unequal Appraisal type protests. As a creative expert in analyzing and protesting Unequal Appraisals, Chris has achieved extraordinary results for his clients, especially in the realm of Unequal Appraisals.

    Chris has over twenty years of extensive experience in developing appraisal analysis and protesting at the Appraisal Review Board formal hearings in all North Texas counties.

    While attending the University of Texas at Austin, Chris began his career with Texas Protax (Austin, Texas) in 1998. He graduated from the University of Texas Business School with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Accounting.

  • Holland Brown

    Property Tax Consultant

    Holland specializes in the special tax exemptions and unique tax situations such as Ownership changes, Late and Prior Year protests, Homestead Exemptions, Corrections to the property description, etc.

    As a member of the ARB (Appraisal Review Board) in Austin, TX for over three years, Holland’s experience in conducting hundreds of taxpayer protests has given him a sense of what works for taxpayers in a protest hearing (both informally with an Appraisal District employee, and in a Formal Hearing in front of the ARB) and how to be most effective in arguing for a lower appraised value.

  • Will Wiggins

    Senior Property Tax Consultant

    Prior to joining North Texas Property Tax Services Will was an Assistant Director with the Travis Central Appraisal District in Austin. He also held titles of Commercial Appraiser and Analyst Manager. This experience and skill set enables him to uniquely represent our client’s properties in presentations to the Appraisal Review Board (ARB) and to the Appraisal District staff appraisers.

    Will is a native Texan, born in Houston, and holds a degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming. He is a serial entrepreneur having formed multiple businesses throughout his professional life. He worked for 6+ years as a Land Planner and Appraiser II in Routt County before moving to Austin, where he held multiple analytical and management positions with the Travis (Austin) Central Appraisal District.

  • Jeremy Storey

    Property Tax Consultant

    Jeremy Storey recently served as the Vice-Chairman of the ARB (Appraisal Review Board) in Collin County (2012-2014) and brings this experience of reviewing several hundred protest cases over 5-6 years (2009-2014) to make his analysis and presentations to the Appraisal District and ARB highly effective.

    Jeremy focuses on Collin County where he served on the ARB from 2009 through 2014. He continues to be a very successful licensed Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams, his experience spanning over eight years. This experience as a Real Estate Agent gives him good insight into the Collin County Real Estate market and current market conditions and trends.

  • Kyle La Pane

    Property Tax Consultant

    Kyle LaPane is a licensed Property Tax Consultant specializing in residential property tax valuation and protest resolution. He deals first hand, both formally and informally with the Dallas Appraisal District and the Appraisal Review Board. With a creative and analytic approach he focuses on Market Value and Equal and Uniform property appraisals. Mr. LaPane focuses his expertise in the Dallas County area.

    He graduated from Southern New Hamspshire University in Manchester, New Hampshire with a degree in Sport Management.

  • Cindy Simmons

    Director of Operations

    As Director of Operations Cindy manages the office operations and all administrative and support personnel.

    Cindy also manages the relationships with the Appraisals Districts and with our Clients, including being up-to-date on the status of current Protests and on the status of each Clients account (e.g., status of Authorization documents, A/R status, current lists of properties, etc.).

  • Matthew Huhn

    Property Tax Consultant

    Matthew Huhn is a licensed Property Tax Consultant focusing on residential tax appraisals and protests. Prior to joining North Texas Property Tax Services, Matthew was a Property Tax Loan Specialist where he assisted with property taxes. He represents clients in multiple counties, but focuses on Dallas County. Mr. Huhn also conducts statistical analysis on county appraisal data and conducts billing operations.

    Matthew graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a degree in Statistical Sciences.

  • Genesis Duran

    Client Support Administrator

    Genesis manages the status of each Client’s account and properties with each Appraisal District to ensure that all authorization documents are in place and currently active.

    Genesis also ensures that all Client Authorization documents are in-place and current. She maintains records of the status of current Protests and on the status of each Clients account (e.g., status of Authorization documents, A/R status, current lists of properties, etc.).

  • Anson Glean

    Database & Applications Architect

    Anson possesses a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Pace University, New York. Anson joined NTPTS in February 2018 and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the systems used to carryout various analytics on property data. He works closely with the Property Tax consultants to ensure that data used in the appeals is of the highest quality.

  • Kat Czarowitz

    File Clerk Administrator

    Kat joined North Texas Property Tax Services in March 2020. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and attended The University of North Texas.
    As File Clerk Kat is responsible for sorting, organizing, and maintaining records. This includes creating files for new Clients, filing evidence and photos sent in by the Client, and retrieving documents that are needed by the team.
